Project Director

Susan Dlouhy is the President of Norwich Consulting Services, Ltd. Norwich Consulting Services provides practical and realistic solutions for agencies and businesses. Ms. Dlouhy has assisted companies with strategic planning, program design and implementation, preparation for accreditation surveys, and organizational restructuring. She serves as the administrator for the Ohio Association of Adult Services and Ohio Association of Services for Children.

Ms. Dlouhy has a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from The Ohio State University. She has more than 18 years of administrative experience with human service agencies including her recent position as the Adult Services Director for Champaign County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.

As an adjunct faculty member for Wright State University, Ms Dlouhy teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Human Services. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (L.P.C.), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (C.R.C.) and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (C.A.R.F) Surveyor.

Associate Director

Jackie Teny-Miller has 21 years of experience providing supports to people with disabilities including the positions of Director of ARC Industries West and Director of the Goodwill SAGE program. Ms.Teny-Miller has been an adjunct faculty member at Columbus State Community College for 15 years where she teaches Introduction to MR/DD and Mental Health, Teaching and Supporting Persons with Disabilities, Values and Attitudes and Intervention Strategies. Ms.Teny-Miller has been instrumental in the on-going curriculum development for the above-mentioned classes. Ms.Teny-Miller is a licensed professional clinical counselor (L.P.C.C.) and provides individual and group counseling to persons with a dual diagnosis of mental retardation/developmental disability and emotional disorder. Ms.Teny-Miller received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Dayton in 1998.
